Engle, Cory

  • Mr. Engle is a Land O’ Lakes High School graduate and lifelong Pasco resident. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in English (Literary Studies) from the University of South Florida, and has taught English at both Land O’ Lakes High School and Pasco High School. Aside from teaching English, Mr. Engle is also a fervent reader, his favorite authors being Franz Kafka and Vladimir Nabokov. He also enjoys reading nonfiction works, and is an avid consumer of both film and music as well.

Graham, Carolyn

  • Ms. Graham graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ashford University in Clinton Iowa, majoring in English, with a minor in Childhood Development. She has worked in the public school system for seven years total; most of the time spent working with special needs students. She grew up in the Pasco County community graduating from Zephyrhills High School; do not hold that against her! She loves being a pirate! Greene, Tammie

  • Mrs. Greene graduated high school from Chamberlain in Tampa attended Hillsborough Community College obtaining her AA degree then transferred to University of Central Florida where she graduated with her BS degree. This is her 21 year teaching. She spent 12 years in Orange County area and has been in Pasco County for 9 years now. She taught at PHS from 2005-2010 and is pleased to be back. She recently got married to her sweetheart Robbie and they have 3 furry children with 4 legs: Seneca, Reese, and BB. Her passions, besides teaching, include music, computers and water based activities.

Morris, Maryann

  • Mrs. Morris earned her BA degree in English from University of South Florida, and is working towards a Masters Degree in Education Leadership at Saint Leo University. With two children, one husband, four Border Collies, and a plethora of nieces and nephews, life is full of learning, family, and fun. Music is an important part of the Morris clan; they are fourth generation Tampa Bay musicians. Scuba diving, water and boating activities, reading, and home improvement projects take up the remainder of her time. About teaching, Mrs. Morris says, “I love children, I love teaching and I love the Language Arts. Teaching is not just a career, it is a passion.”

  • Mrs. Salazar is a product of the District School Board of Pasco County. Attended R.B. Cox Elementary, Pasco Elementary, Moore Mickens Middle School, Pasco Junior High School and Pasco Comprehensive High School. Education: Pasco Comprehensive High School-Graduated with honors Associate in Arts Degree from Pasco Community College Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Education from USF, SCATT Graduate Master of Arts Degree in Reading Education from USF Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from USF Family: Married to Michael Salazar and has two daughters, Alexandra and Veronica, and a dog, Toby. She is a proud to be a pirate once again and to continue the traditions of the school and the community. Her goal as a teacher is to help you, the student, reach your goals by fostering the love of learning and motivating you to learn and grow through your individual talents in order to reach your highest potential.
