PHS Student Schedule Change Request Form 2024-2025 1st Semester

Parents and students: use this form if you would like to request a change to your schedule. This is NOT a guarantee that the change will be approved. Remember that most approved changes will have a major effect on the rest of your schedule since many classes are only offered during certain periods. Please be very thoughtful and careful what you request.

All students must have a minimum of 6 courses (3 credits) each semester. It is important to make sure that the courses you want to drop and the courses you want to add match the same amount of credits.

Due to the Class Size Amendment and master schedule restrictions, students may not receive one or more of their requested courses despite our best efforts.

NOTE: On or off campus courses (FLVS/Pasco eSchool courses) may be chosen in place of PHS on campus courses; however, parents and students must acknowledge the following:
* Students must have daily home access to a computer with internet and an active email account.
* Students may be dropped from one or more online classes if work is not submitted regularly, resulting in failure grades and missing credits that may need to be made up outside of the regular school day.
*Failure to complete online courses in a timely manner may jeopardize a student's ability to graduate on time.
*Online courses are not affiliated with PHS an it is the parent's responsibility to monitor student progress.
