WHAT: Volleyball Tryouts
WHERE: PHS Gymnasium
WHEN: August 8th – 9th
3:00 pm – 6:00pm
Required to tryout:
*Current sports physical packet completed (FHSAA Physical Forms. Front page must be notarized. Can be picked up at front office or at our school website under the Athletics tab. Visit AthleticClearance.com to submit you paperwork (physical, etc).
*Complete Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Heat Illness courses at www.nfhslearn.com. (Directions for completing the courses can be found at the PHS website under Athletics).
*Attend all of the try-out days unless previous arrangements are made with the coaching staff, Athletic Director or Ms. Kari Kadlub (School Principal). Excused absences from tryouts must be legitimate.
